Rotary Glove Machine Shipped to Malaysia

Recently, we received an order from Malaysia for a rotary glove hanging machine. This machine is used for coding on household gloves. It can automatically spray codes and automatically remove gloves. It solves the customer’s problems such as unclear glove coding and poor coding efficiency.

Equipment Main Structure Description

This equipment is mainly composed of a frame, a U-shaped rotary rack, glove molds, a servo drive set, a reducer, a PLC, a touch screen HMI, and cylinders.

Frame: Made of welded section steel/aluminum alloy frame, with a firm structure and good stability.

Rotary actuator: Driven by a servo motor, equipped with 26 sets of special fixing molds, rotating precisely and uniformly in a circular motion.

Electrical system: Servo electric slide table, touch screen + PLC control, capable of parameter setting, production capacity recording, and fault alarms.

Pneumatic system: Precision cylinders + solenoid valves, with fast action response.

Safety protection: Equipped with protective baffles and an emergency stop button.

Common Troubleshooting

CAT communication online indicator not displayed: Cause 1: Poor contact of the network cable between the PLC and the servo driver (replug or replace the network cable).

Clamp hand return-to-origin failure:
Cause 1: Low air source pressure, insufficient to drive the cylinder action (adjust and match the air source pressure).
Cause 2: The magnetic switch on the cylinder is not in place, loose, or damaged (tighten or replace).
Cause 3: The photoelectric switch on the clamp hand slide table is damaged (replace the photoelectric switch).
Cause 4: The coupling on the clamp hand slide table is loose (tighten the coupling bolts).

Clamp hand movement and rotation motor failure: Check the manual according to the code displayed on the driver to find the fault (there is a QR code on the driver, which can be scanned to download the manual).

At present, the rotary glove hanging machine has been packed and is ready for shipment. This is not Fengwang’s first voyage overseas.
