“This project aims to solve a key challenge for the customer,” said Li Jianqiang, General Manager of Fengwang. “There are usually several reasons for this phenomenon at the customer’s site, and we need to investigate them one by one to identify the root cause of the glove tearing.”

In subsequent follow-ups with the customer, we provided the standard operating procedures for the newly installed stainless steel molds. We shared with the customer how to treat the molds before production begins, including surface treatment, pretreatment processes, release agents, lubricants or other chemicals, as well as specific chemical agents or release agents, along with product types, concentrations, application methods, temperatures, and complete operating steps.

To strengthen the customer’s confidence in Fengwang’s capabilities, the Turkish glove manufacturing factory was invited to visit Fengwang’s machine manufacturing plant. During this visit, the customer gained first-hand knowledge of the latest machine developments on the glove production line and witnessed the working principles of the glove stripping machine, glove packing machine, glove stacking machine, etc., as well as the glove manufacturing process. This enhanced trust and paved the way for further cooperation.
