On August 30, Fengwang Technology hosted an open day event titled “Precision Engineering, Building Dreams” for students from Shijiazhuang Industrial Machinery School. The school organized 20 soon-to-graduate university students to experience the industrial frontlines firsthand and witness the pulse of intelligent manufacturing.

- Welcome Speech by General Manager Li
The students from Shijiazhuang lined up orderly and attentively listened to the safety briefing. General Manager Li warmly welcomed everyone and delivered an opening speech, emphasizing the importance of this visit and expressing optimism for future school-enterprise collaboration.
- Up-Close Experience with Cutting-Edge Technology
General Manager Li then led the students on a tour of the most advanced technological processes, such as the CNC machining center, welding workshop, and laser cutting operations. The students were amazed to see textbook G-code translated into the actual movements of machinery.
Using the example of a glove packaging machine gripper, General Manager Li detailed the entire process from design and programming to machining, followed by an interactive Q&A session.
One student remarked, “Thank you for providing us with this learning opportunity. Experiencing the CNC machining center firsthand and witnessing micron-level precision manufacturing was truly awe-inspiring. It has greatly sparked my interest in mechanical engineering!”
Significance and Summary of the Event
This visit laid a solid foundation for school-enterprise collaboration. Fengwang’s HR Director also introduced the company’s talent development system and internship/management trainee programs, offering practical career planning advice to the students. Both the school and the company expressed their commitment to exploring deeper collaboration models in the future, such as establishing internship bases, to jointly nurture the next generation of advanced engineers.
