1. Project Overview
This line is a complete automatic packaging system for disposable gloves (nitrile, latex, and PVC examination gloves), covering everything from cartoning to finished palletizing.
Packing specification: 100 pcs gloves per inner box, and 10 inner boxes per outer carton. The line consists of a cartoning machine, case erector, case packer, case sealer, palletizer, and a full conveyor system, interlocked by a PLC for automatic operation, which greatly reduces labor and improves efficiency and consistency.
2. Line Composition
2.1. Cartoning Machine: forms the carton, loads 100 pcs of gloves into the carton, and completes flap folding and sealing.
2.2. Case Erector: automatically picks a blank carton, opens, folds, and seals the bottom.
2.3. Case filling machine: packs finished glove cartons into outer carton (10 boxes per carton).
2.4. Case Sealer: automatically folds the cover of the filled outer carton and seals it with tape.
2.5. Palletizer: picks packed cartons and stacks them neatly on a pallet.
2.6. Full Conveyor System: connects all machines with belt/roller conveyors, buffering, diverting, stopper, and safety guards.
3. Process Flow
Finished gloves (100 pcs) → Cartoning machine for carton forming, glove loading and carton sealing → Belt conveyor → Buffering & waiting → Case erector automatically opens outer cartons and seals carton bottoms → Case packer pushes finished glove cartons (10 boxes per carton) into outer cases → Case sealer automatically folds flaps and seals cartons with adhesive tape → Roller conveyor → Palletizer grips cartons and stacks them neatly onto pallets → Discharge of finished pallets.
The whole สายการผลิต is interlocked and controlled by PLC. The speed of each process is automatically matched, with automatic alarms for material shortage and material jam.
