Over a decade ago, Fengwang was a small mechanical processing workshop in a mountain village. After years of trials and growth, Fengwang has now evolved into a large-scale, modern, and intelligent factory offering one-stop procurement for mechanical needs. The company provides services such as factory blueprint design, customized mechanical solutions, production line setup and modification, process optimization, equipment improvement and upgrades, as well as on-site installation.

After the morning meeting, GM heads to the engineering technicians’ office to discuss design blueprints with the team. He emphasizes, “The reason we earn our clients’ trust is that we engage deeply with them to understand their needs and strive our hardest to meet them. This requires us to honor our commitments and approach our work with meticulous care to safeguard our clients’ interests.”
Later, GM Li visits the laser cutting workshop to communicate with employees about challenges they face, understand the details and difficulties of their tasks, and provide guidance on problem-solving. The CNC machining center is one of Fengwang’s key processing facilities. Just a week ago, technicians completed a training course on numerical control machinery, injecting new vitality into more efficient operations.
Regarding the storage management of machine parts, the warehouse manager is responsible for tasks such as inventory management, inbound and outbound logistics, stocktaking, maintenance, and accounting. GM Li notes that critical components, like engine core parts, must maintain high safety stock levels to ensure timely supply during emergency repairs. Common parts, such as bolts and nuts, can adopt a fixed-quantity reorder method, replenishing stock when inventory drops to a preset threshold. As for spare parts, such as specialized components for older equipment, inventory can be appropriately reduced by signing emergency supply agreements with suppliers to ensure availability.
