How can we effectively improve the thermal efficiency of the vulcanization oven, reduce overall \u0e15\u0e49\u0e19\u0e17\u0e38\u0e19\u0e01\u0e32\u0e23\u0e1c\u0e25\u0e34\u0e15<\/a>, and enhance the competitiveness of glove manufacturing plants? Mr. Li Jianqiang, General Manager of Fengwang, said: “By installing a negative pressure control device on the collection pipeline and linking it with the exhaust fan, the fan frequency and airflow can be automatically adjusted according to production conditions. This effectively reduces energy waste from the fan and achieves precise heating.”<\/p>\n

2. Water Treatment System<\/h5>\n

Regarding the water treatment process in \u0e16\u0e38\u0e07\u0e21\u0e37\u0e2d\u0e44\u0e19\u0e44\u0e15\u0e23\u0e25\u0e4c<\/a> production lines, Mr. Li of Fengwang stated: “Since the production line consumes large amounts of water, failure to adopt scientific and rational water usage will increase total production costs.” The water treatment process adopted by Fengwang is “softening \u2192 coagulation sedimentation \u2192 ultrafiltration \u2192 reverse osmosis”, which helps the company improve water utilization efficiency by 40% and effectively reduces water-related energy consumption.<\/p>\n

3. Exhaust Gas Treatment Process<\/h5>\n

\u0e01\u0e32\u0e23 exhaust gas recovery system<\/a> mainly employs the “heat exchange + electrostatic adsorption + fixed-bed adsorption” process to recover and convert organic compounds from exhaust gases for reuse. This carbon adsorption recovery device achieves a recovery utilization rate of over 85%.<\/p>\n
