The quality control department is furnished with comprehensive professional testing instruments to ensure stable production parameters. A three-tier inspection system is implemented: the first-article inspection requires a pass rate of 98%, while in-process sampling inspections cover all critical control points. The final factory acceptance test now includes a load endurance testing program, simulating 72 hours of continuous operation under real-world conditions, with a failure rate controlled below 0.3%.
The workshop currently employs 74 workers, including 5 engineers, 9 skilled technicians, 7 office staff, and 53 assembly workers. A mentorship system is applied to key processes to ensure skill transfer.
The workshop logistics system is highly efficient and intelligent, featuring 6 overhead cranes for large cargo handling, 4 long-distance transport vehicles, and 3 AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles), ensuring smart, energy-saving, and time-efficient operations.
