About Production and Delivery
You should prepare workshop, water lines, electrical wiring, compressed air (if you need, we can help you buy an air compressor). We can provide workshop layout drawings according to your workshop.
The lead time for a production line is about 90 days. (According to the actual order situation)
Customers can choose to pay in installments, we accept T/T, platform direct payment, etc.
China (Bluesail, Intco, Zhonghong, Hongray, Wanli), Malaysia, Turkey, Vietnam, South Korea, Southeast Asia and other countries.
Choose the product you like, or send us your requirements and our engineers can make a project and quote for you. (Then confirm all details and sign the contract, you can make advance payment, then we start to purchase raw materials for production,Shipped according to our agreement. )
Of course, we are located in Shijiazhuang, China, you can take a plane to Shanghai, then take a high-speed train or plane to Shijiazhuang, we will arrange a driver to pick you up. Welcome to visit our factory.
We will provide installation drawings and videos. We can also send professional technicians to your company to guide the installation of the machine and train your staff on-site until they can operate the machine independently.
The supplier shall package the inspected equipment before the goods leave the factory and fix it after loading it into the container to prevent collision during transportation. After the agreement between the two parties, the supplier will load the containers onto the ship and transport the goods to the designated location.
The installation of production lines and equipment, as well as the installation personnel, should strictly follow the templates provided in the technical guidance for construction.
The production line framework is the foundation; The indispensable parts should be level and meet the requirements for welding deformation, etc. The laying of the main and auxiliary guide rails should be flat to avoid tilting during glove production, uneven heating, and difficulty in finding the reference when installing the equipment.
When installing the transmission mechanism, it is necessary to find the horizontal welding process requirements to ensure. The laying of heat transfer oil pipes must ensure that there are no holes or joints at the welding points. After laying, it must pass the pressure test and pressure holding work. The equipment must be installed along the main track of the production line to avoid unnecessary consequences in future use.
Compared to Malaysian machines, China’s glove manufacturing equipment holds a stronger supply chain advantage. With a wide variety of component manufacturers and brands to choose from, coupled with China’s globally leading position in mechanical manufacturing, Chinese glove manufacturing machines offer greater competitive edge.
The nitrile glove production line consists of many individual machines. You need to clarify whether you want the entire nitrile glove production line or the glove counting machine, packaging machine, demolding machine, edge rolling machine, etc. on the nitrile glove production line. Then confirm the specific parameters with us so that our engineers can send you an accurate quotation.
For instance, the more nitrile hand models there are, the relatively cheaper the price will be. The price of the counting machine varies depending on the number of hand models. If you need an accurate quotation, please contact us.
About Gloves
Medical gloves are available in various materials, including latex, nitrile, and PVC, each with its own advantages. Consumers should choose based on their specific needs.
Latex gloves offer excellent elasticity and breathability.
PVC gloves provide strong waterproofing performance.
Nitrile gloves are known for their superior puncture and chemical resistance.
Regarding this issue, the main thing is to check whether the gloves have food safety certification. Gloves with food safety certification can be used to handle food.
Nitrile gloves are made from nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), a synthetic material primarily composed of acrylonitrile and butadiene. Since they contain no latex, they do not trigger latex allergies—a key advantage over latex gloves.
Elastomers are polymeric materials that exhibit elastic or viscoelastic deformation under stress. After the stress is removed, the material quickly returns to its original shape. Rubber, latex, and other materials used to make gloves are examples of elastomers.
Disposable gloves can be categorized into various types according to their material, including nitrile gloves, latex gloves, PVC gloves, and TPE gloves, among others. The application can be divided into surgical gloves, medical gloves, industrial gloves, etc.
Disposable rubber or latex gloves are generally suitable for medical Settings (hospitals, dentists, etc.) and laboratories. They can also be used in food production, various manufacturing environments and household applications.
Nitrile gloves are made from nitrile rubber (NBR), which offers excellent chemical resistance and durability, making them ideal for handling hazardous substances such as chemicals, organic solvents, and petroleum products.
In contrast, latex gloves are produced from natural rubber latex, providing superior elasticity and comfort. They are commonly used for general household cleaning, beauty treatments, and medical care.
The production of nitrile gloves starts with the allocation of raw materials, mostly Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR), a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene, for chemical resistance and flexibility. The vulcanization step comes next, where zinc oxide, accelerators, and antioxidants are blended, stirred, and allowed to settle before being shipped to production tanks. The ceramic hand molds are subsequently washed with acid, alkaline solutions, and hot water to eliminate residues. After being cleaned, the molds are subjected to the dipping process, initially into a coagulant solution (calcium nitrate and calcium carbonate) and then into an NBR latex blend, controlling the glove thickness. The leaching process eliminates residual chemicals via hot water treatment, then post-vulcanization in ovens for elasticity. Demolding and auto-stripping with air pressure and mechanical stripping follow. Lastly, the gloves undergo quality testing, such as pinhole leak tests, and are packaged and warehoused before shipping.
Glove Production Process
This might be because air was mixed in during the stirring of the glue slurry and it was not fully deaerated. Or the vulcanization temperature is too high, causing the solvent to evaporate too quickly and form pores. It could also be that the hand model was not cleaned thoroughly, leaving behind oil stains or impurities.
This might be due to inconsistent hand mold impregnation speeds (improper parameter Settings of the automated equipment) or uneven concentration of the coagulant, which affects the formation of the adhesive film.
This requires adjusting the vulcanization temperature to prevent local overheating from causing rubber oxidation. Add antioxidants to prevent aging and discoloration.
This might be caused by low vulcanization temperature or short vulcanization time or improper proportion of vulcanizing agent.
Solution: Adjust the vulcanization temperature (generally 100-130℃, 5-10 minutes). Adjust the vulcanization ratio, such as increasing the dosage of sulfur or accelerators.
