Safety Operation Guidelines

1. All edges and corners of the machine are deburred to ensure smooth handling and prevent cuts.

2. All control panels and handles are equipped with durable, clearly labeled, and securely fixed operation signs for long-term usability and operator convenience.

3. In the event of any system abnormality (including malfunctions), the machine will automatically stop and trigger an audible and visual alarm to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.

4. Emergency stop buttons are installed on all electrical control panels and operational switches for immediate response to emergencies.

Fengwang’s Responsibilities & Obligations

1. Provide installation guides, operation manuals, and maintenance manuals covering electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and safety systems.

2. Supply one set of standard and specialized tools for debugging.

3. One week before delivery, the seller shall provide installation details and technical requirements to the buyer for site preparation. The buyer must ensure all installation conditions are ready before the machine arrives.

4. After machine positioning, the seller will complete assembly, debugging, and provide training, including normal operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency procedures.

5. The seller is responsible for transporting the machine to the buyer’s designated location. Unpacking requires mutual supervision, and goods shall be inspected against the packing list.

6. The seller guarantees that the equipment is factory-original, brand-new, unused, manufactured with premium materials and advanced technology, and complies with national standards and agreed quality, specifications, and performance requirements.

Buyer’s Responsibilities & Obligations

1. Provide qualified materials for testing and trial production free of charge.

2. Perform daily maintenance as per the seller’s User Manual.

3. Participate in design reviews and experimental verification.

4. Assign designated operators/maintenance personnel to receive seller training.

5. Prepare necessary utilities such as compressed air and power supply.

6. Assist in machine positioning upon arrival and support debugging by providing materials and component modifications if needed.

After-Sales Service Commitment

1. The seller provides 1 year of free maintenance (excluding wear-and-tear parts) and technical support. Non-human-caused defects during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge.

2. For malfunctions within the warranty period, the seller will respond within 3 hours of notification. If on-site service is required, technicians will arrive within 24 hours.
