  • The system is ready for customer acceptance at any time.

Subsequently, the engineering technical team highlighted the challenges associated with the current packaging system order:

  • The gripper mechanism of the packaging machine exhibited excessive temperature rise in certain bearing housings, exceeding 70°C after four hours of continuous operation, posing a risk of overheating and wear. Preliminary analysis indicated insufficient design margin due to load calculation deviations.
  • During high-speed synchronization between the PLC and motion controller, sporadic communication packet loss occurred (approximately once every eight hours), leading to emergency stops. Log analysis pointed to EMC interference as the likely cause.
  • The synchronous assembly accuracy requirement between the conveyor belt and the bottle-splitting screw is ±0.1mm. However, the existing assembly jig can only achieve ±0.3mm, relying on experienced technicians for manual adjustments, resulting in low efficiency and inconsistent quality.

In response to these production issues, General Manager Li delved into the root causes and proposed a series of solutions.
