Glove Scrap Picker Operation Steps
- Preparations:
(1) Check whether the 220 volt power supply is connected to the power supply terminal of the cabinet, and ensure that the voltage is within the normal range.
(2) Check whether the grounding terminal of the fuselage and electrical cabinet has been well grounded to ensure personal and property safety.
(3) Check whether the air source is normal, more than 0.5 mpa.

- Run the Glove Scrap Picker: Run the installed device.
(1) If the emergency stop button is pressed, reset the emergency stop button first.
(2) Turn the knob to automatic.
(3) Press the reset button, and the device will automatically return to the original position.
(4) Press the start button, and the device will enter the operation program. When detecting stranded gloves on the glove formers, the device will automatically brush the gloves off.
(5) When an emergency needs to be stopped during operation, press the emergency stop button and the equipment will stop running immediately.
(6) If you need to run the device again, reset it first, then start it, and the device will be put back into the operation program.
(7) Rotate the knob to the manual state, and each part can be operated separately (manual/automatic switch can be operated only after the automatic operation program is finished).
