When purchasing raw materials, tests are conducted on the purity, pH value, and microbial content of latex raw materials. During the production process of latex gloves, quality inspectors check the appearance of the gloves for any issues such as bubbles, impurities, or damage. During the finished product inspection, physical properties (tensile strength, uniformity of glove thickness, etc.), microbiological testing, and chemical property testing of the gloves are carried out. Latex gloves should be packaged and released from the factory only when every test meets the standards.
