At the city’s Outstanding Labor Model Recognition Ceremony for renowned enterprises held on August 13, 2024, Li Jianqiang, General Manager of Fengwang Tech, was honored to be awarded the second-place city-level labor model and delivered an important speech.
For over 20 years, Fengwang has played a pivotal role in China’s nitrile/latex/PVC/household glove production line industry. Upholding the integrity of businesspeople in both technological innovation and economic benefits, Fengwang places great emphasis on a comprehensive after-sales service system in the machinery sector, earning an excellent reputation in the industry.
Hard work pays off. Over the past two decades, General Manager Li Jianqiang has traveled to more than a dozen countries, visiting hundreds of potential clients, including Turkey, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Dubai, Egypt, South Korea, Ethiopia, and Algeria. He has actively absorbed diverse customer feedback on glove production lines while introducing Fengwang’s glove manufacturing machinery principles and concepts. Different countries have varying requirements for glove comfort and machine parameters, but Mr. Li has always managed to find mutually satisfactory solutions, effectively resolving production challenges.
For example, last fall, a U.S. inquiry requested detailed quotations and delivery timelines for four glove counting machines. After submitting the proposal, the client expressed strong interest but needed an earlier delivery—a tight deadline that exceeded our standard production and material procurement schedule. To address this urgent need, Mr. Li allocated pre-assembled backup machines from warehouse reserves, originally prepared for contingencies. While this solved the immediate issue, air freight became necessary to meet the deadline. Through persistent negotiations, both parties finalized the contract and proceeded with air shipment.
Every step in nitrile/latex/PVC/household glove manufacturing lines is critical. Producing high-quality gloves requires real-time monitoring of each process to ensure seamless operations. The glove counting machine, for instance, automates stacking gloves into neat batches (e.g., 100pcs or preset quantities), replacing manual counting and arranging entirely.
Mr. Li emphasized that future efforts will focus on integrating AI into machinery R&D. While glove packing machines already employ smart robotic arms for automated recognition and handling, this is just the beginning. “We must maintain a commitment to learning, stay abreast of cutting-edge technologies, and develop more automated, intelligent, innovative, and eco-friendly machinery,” he stated. The goal is to continuously meet growing production demands, enhance efficiency, and expand Fengwang’s glove production lines worldwide.
