It refers to the machinery and equipment that uses natural liquid latex as raw material to produce latex gloves. Generally, it is processed through a series of processes such as hand mold dipping tank, drying, vulcanization and cooling. Latex gloves are divided into five types: smooth latex gloves, pockmarked latex gloves, striped latex gloves, transparent latex gloves and powder-free latex gloves. Latex gloves production line the rubber is first sliced by a rubber mixing machine and then sent to a sol tank to mix the sol with gasoline. After emulsification and modulation, the sol is pumped to a latex intermediate tank. The rubber solution dissolved in gasoline is fed from the top of the distillation tower, and is heated and distilled by steam. Light component gasoline is heated to form a gas phase, and the gasoline gas is mixed and cooled by cold water in an oil-gas cooler. The oil-water mixture goes to the oil-water separator, and the oil and water are separated. The upper gasoline is recovered, the lower water is pumped to the cooling tower for cooling, and the gas gasoline in the distillation tower is cooled after cooling. The emulsion in the distillation tower kettle is sent to an emulsion stirring cylinder according to its own pressure to be stirred and mixed, and then separated from the glove raw material emulsion by a centrifuge, and then mixed and filtered for later use. The glove model is first cleaned by acid and alkali and water, and the cleaned model is immersed in hot water to be heated, and then dipped in coagulant and dried to stop dipping. After gum dipping, the mixture is sent to an oven for preliminary drying, fiber inner sleeve is added, hot water is flushed, and then the mixture is sent to the oven for vulcanization, drying and molding. After demoulding, latex gloves are inflated for inspection, shaped at low temperature, dull at medium temperature, washed with water, dehydrated, dried and then packaged and sent to waste warehouse.
