Auto Stripping Machine Features

The stripping machine operates on mechanical motion and is equipped with a pneumatic blowing device and an electronic control system.

It uses the movement of the glove production line as its power source, eliminating the need for an electric motor.

Installation Environment

The equipment should be installed on flat and solid ground.

The installation location should maintain a clearance of more than 1500 mm from walls or other machinery.

Plan the correct layout for air and electrical connections to ensure secure and convenient linkage with the equipment.

Pre-Installation Precautions

a) Ensure the exterior of the equipment is undamaged and all components are securely fastened.
b) When using a forklift, pay attention to its positioning and the equipment’s center of gravity.
c) Assign a responsible person to oversee the installation with a clear chain of command.
d) Lower the equipment slowly and steadily until it makes full contact with the ground.

Installation Guidelines

Before installing the main stripping unit, verify the smooth operation of the transmission mechanism and inspect all components for integrity.

Check the flexibility of the swing arm mechanism.

Apply grease to the expansion track and stripping track of the robotic arm, and ensure all other parts are adequately lubricated.

Determine the installation position based on the equipment’s dimensions and the relative placement of components.

Secure the base rail to the ground using expansion bolts.

Pre-Startup Checks

Thoroughly clean the area around the equipment, especially the base chain, to prevent collisions.

Lubricate the main chain and inspect for proper alignment (e.g., auxiliary tracks, lifting chains).

Verify that proximity switches are within their effective sensing range.

Startup Procedure

After installation and leveling:

Press the latch button to activate the brake cylinder, ensuring synchronization with the production line.

Press the tracking button to initiate operation.

Note: If one side of the production line stops, press the corresponding split-track button to disengage the hand molds, followed by the release button to detach the brake cylinder, halting that side’s motion.

Operating Instructions

a) Never dismantle components or pry the equipment during operation.
b) During maintenance, handle parts carefully. Secure small components and verify none are missing or loose post-reassembly.
c) Avoid loose clothing; fasten belts securely when operating the machine.
d) Assign a designated safety officer for maintenance. For team repairs, coordinate actions and confirm readiness before restarting.
e) In case of mechanical failure, press the emergency stop button immediately.
f) Do not tamper with electrical circuits, components, or structural parts without authorization.
