Factors Affecting the Speed of a Nitrile Glove Production Line
1. Dipping and vulcanization time: The time for the hand molds to dip into the latex and coagulant, as well as the vulcanization time, are rigid physicochemical processes. If the production line speed is increased, the vulcanization time will be insufficient, resulting in defective gloves.
2. Formula ratio: Different formulation ratios for nitrile gloves affect the film-forming speed, coagulation effect, and ease of demolding during production, thereby affecting line speed.
3. Production line structure and length: The structure and length of the production line affect line speed. This requires consideration of chain synchronization, tension control, and overall stability.
4. Glove thickness control: If the line speed is too fast, the hand molds will spend less time in the nitrile latex, making the gloves thinner and leading to quality failures.
