Stripping Device. Composed of a mechanical arm and clamps. The mechanical arm is used to grab and strip the gloves, while the clamps are used to secure the gloves to prevent them from falling off. The main function of the stripping device is to peel the gloves off the mold.
Transmission System. Mainly consists of a motor system (providing power) and belts, chains, or gears (transmitting power). Its primary function is to drive the movement of the mold and the stripping device.
Pneumatic System. Composed of an air pump, cylinders, and air valves. The air pump generates compressed air, while the cylinders and air valves control the actions of the pneumatic devices. The entire pneumatic system provides power for the stripping device.
Cooling System. Composed of fans or water cooling devices to lower the mold temperature. The cooling system’s function is to cool the mold, facilitating the stripping process.
Safety Devices. Composed of an emergency stop button and protective covers. The emergency stop button can halt the operation of the glove stripper in case of an emergency. The protective covers prevent operators from coming into contact with hazardous components.

The glove former with a material coating is conveyed to the glove stripper, where it is precisely positioned by sensors. The clamps on the mechanical arm begin to grab the edges of the glove. The glove is then peeled off the mold using mechanical force, ensuring moderate strength to avoid tearing the glove. The stripped gloves are conveyed to the next process via a conveyor belt, completing the stripping process.
